Would You Pay $300 For an iPhone 4 Case?
iPhone Accessories - If you haven’t seen it yet, Case-Mate just unveiled the most expensive iPhone case I’ve ever seen. The Titanium Premium is a frame case for the iPhone 4 made from a single piece of titanium and must be assembled and attached with screws and a mini screwdriver which are included.
The case looks sleek and attractive and comes with inserts for your buttons and controls. The Case-Mate logo is etched into the side, which doesn’t necessarily add to its appeal.
What this pricey bumper case fails to do, however, is give you any sort of screen or back glass protection. If you’re spending $300 to protect your iPhone, you would think it would protect more than just the outside edges. But there you have it.
If $300 is a bit out of range, you could always opt for the Vapor Pro aluminum case which retails for about half the price. It’s not titanium, but if you’re willing to drop all that cash for a bumper case that provides minimal protection, does it matter?
Would you drop three bills on the Titanium Premium? Let us know what you think. Leave a comment below.
